   The site is updated with WP 5.7.2 I have two pending Ultimate Reviews updates (3.0.1 to 3.0.8) and (2.1.35 to 3.0.8). If I try to update one of the two it crashes the site (www.artnuances.com). I tried to uninstall one of the two versions, but the result is still the same. In the plugin section, version 2.1.35 is active, while version 3.0.1 is currently suspended. What do you recommend?

   This plugin gave my website a fatal error to where my customers could not purchase their products! My guess is that when woocomerce or wordpress makes updates, this plugin does not. Customer service is horrible and they did not get back to me at all with my concerns. I usually don’t write reviews because i’m a patient person and it is what it is but it seems they only care about making their money for the plugins. They dont care if we have issues with them. I cancelled my subscription as i havnt heard back from them about my issue. My website is my money maker and i care about my customers. The plugin worked really good at first, but now that i had to update my website, they do not want to comply with my emails and fix the issues. 2 weeks in and i still have not heard back from them. Bad Bad customer service… UPDATE: The issue is fixed and the plugin works perfectly now! Thank you for the fix! I really do love this plugin…. For that i changed my stars to 5….
