   I do not use the functionalities provided by this plugins but Shortcut (Ctrl+U) conflicts with Mozilla FireFox page source. This hampers my daily works. I don’t how many other people noticed this but developer should consider to change the shortcut.

   The UserWay plugin does what it’s supposed to do – it improves accessibility on your website. For basic use cases and users looking for a quick solution without technical hassle, it works just fine. However – and it’s a big however – the plugin persistently displays a large banner in the WordPress admin area, with no option to permanently dismiss it. There’s no “don’t show again” button, which in 2025 feels like a UX crime. If I’m already using your tool, you don’t need to constantly remind me it exists. I know. I installed it. If you’re looking for a cleaner experience without in-your-face admin ads and unnecessary distractions, you might want to consider alternative plugins or handle accessibility manually. ✔️ Performs its basic function well❌ No way to remove the admin banner❌ Pushy self-promotion inside the dashboard

I contacted support, first of all, reaching them was too fast and easy. they listened to issue and resolve it very fast (actually it was my fault!). I’m going to buy this plugin and recommend it to all who want to make their website easy for all specially for whom which is working with disable people or elderlies.    The accessibility plugin is working great, there is an option to manage the settings from the userway dashboard, change the colors and the size of the widget and more.There is an area on the dashboard where ALT texts can be added for the images, and the plugin knows how to solve almost all of the accessibility issues.
