   Emails were being blocked as spam, I guess. Installed Easy WP SMTP to send email via a specified SMTP host and emails were then able to go through. Glad it worked as it’s a good plugin that handles a “hole” in WooCommerce emailing, IMO. This topic was modified 2 years, 1 month ago by ljezard.    Thank you for your very useful plugin. All working with WordPress 5.0.2, Woocommerce 3.5.3 in Jan 2019. Might be nice to update the “hasn’t been tested in last 2 years” as gives the impression it might not work and it does.

   Great plugin! Very useful for adding extra emails without having to put them into the functions. A suggestion, sometimes it’s needed to send an email to only one person for one email type… for instance, we need to send refunded orders to the accountant, as it stands we can only add him to all the emails. Maybe a field that allows for adding emails to specific mail templates would be good.
