Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay.

I started using WeMail about 2 years ago for a client site and never had problems. Since the change of price plans, nothing works anymore and support is not present. You can mail or chat whatever you want but you will not get help from them. Been busy for over 5 weeks to get support for the client site but no matter what i sent, they ignore it or straight up dont even answer. Took me a full 4 weeks to even get any response out of them. The response i got was that i needed to request support on a different site (wedevs.com) instead. Really bad if you ask me…. Hopefully this review will make the WeDevs think about their support and make it better.

I recently reached out to Wemail for technical support regarding their WordPress plugin, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, expertise, and care demonstrated by their team, particularly by Al Rubyat, was truly impressive. Al Rubyat, the engineer who assisted me, provided fantastic support in every sense. His responsiveness was lightning-fast—I never had to wait long for a reply, which is incredibly important when you’re dealing with technical issues. The efficiency with which Al resolved my problem was remarkable. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and stress-free process, thanks to his expertise and dedication. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of technical skill and customer-centric service.

I’ve been asked to give feedback – while waiting for support to address my issue. So here it is I’ve created 4 campaigns and they all failed. 2 to my 300 odd subscriber list, and the others to 2 people. All failed. The only response I have had is that there is a limit with my email provider. But the 2 failed. So there has to be any issue on their end. I received a popup asking for a review after sending 4 FAILED campaigns. Not clever. You really need to work on your customer service. Really poor. Oh and i will be happy to delete this review – if i hear back and the issue has been resolved. I’ve been sitting on the for 24 hours. A default short response is not appreciated.
