Biggest opportunity: Swap “customer reviews”, “woocommerce” and “product reviews” for “review request”, “review management” and “review requests”. “customer reviews” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “review request” sits at #10 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “woocommerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “review management” sits at #11 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “product reviews” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #17. “review requests” sits at #12 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →7.8%
of downloads still active
At least 900 of 11.6K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,141 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 13 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “customer reviews”, “woocommerce” and “product reviews” for “review request”, “review management” and “review requests”.
- One page off on “review plugin”. #13 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

We came from judge.me, which suddenly dumped us along with WooCommerce with little warning. For a long time, we searched for a viable alternative, but without success. We ran into the most unimaginable problems. No software seemed to accommodate all of judge.me’s features. Then one day we came across this plugin, which immediately struck me as easy to use and offered similar functionality to the previous one. I imported 9,000 reviews with ease. Over time, I’ve also provided some suggestions I’ve carried over from the previous plugin, and currently the structure is almost perfect. We’re on the right track. Thanks for everything.

I imported all my 5000 reviews from Judgeme in few minutes very easily and I must say that wiser review features are way better. Support is fast and precise and I am very happy with their review solution. Couldn’t ask for anything better

We started working with WiserReview in December. All communication has been extremely smooth and efficient – since we operate multiple stores, we were offered the most suitable plan along with tailored solutions that meet our specific business needs. The system is user-friendly, runs reliably, and all necessary information can be easily managed by the store administrator. After each purchase, customers automatically receive invitations to leave reviews, helping us continuously improve both our service quality and our performance as a seller. The WiserReview team has always been responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Thank you, we’re glad to have discovered this solution!

With Judge.me sunsetting its WooCommerce integration, we had to find an alternative solution quickly. Our objectives were: Feature parity (Wiser is the only solution we found that allowed us to retain every feature we loved from Judge.me) Scalability (Wiser can easily accommodate our current and future volume needs) Ease of use (Wiser is very user-friendly; it took us under an hour to learn the new workflows) Pricing clarity (Unlike many competing solutions, Wiser offers a transparent pricing structure with no surprises) Support (Krunal is amazing – nothing more to add here!) We have been using Wiser for about eight months and haven’t encountered any issues. The developers continue to release new features and improve the app. If you’re looking for a robust and affordable solution for WooCommerce product reviews, look no further than WiserReview.

Following being forced to change providers following JudgeMe’s announcement that they are abandoning Woocommerce users to play with Spotify, we checked out WiserReview. From the outset, it was clear that the developers of this review app had woocommerce central to their growth plan, and have consistently upgraded and improved both performance and features over the last 6 months. It is now without doubt many times better than JudgeMe ever was (or pretended to be), and each month new features and rollouts continue to happen. There is an incredible depth to the customisation that is offered, and their support is fast and efficient. I am so pleased that we were edged out of the JudgeMe space and into thew WiserReview space. Congrats on an awesome job guys. Keep it up!

While searching for an alternative to Judge.me, I discovered WiserReview, and it has been a fantastic find. The support team is exceptional, and the widgets are highly customizable with a great range of options. Most importantly, the plugin is extremely fast and lightweight; it provides all the necessary features without adding bloat or slowing down the product pages. Highly recommended for anyone prioritizing performance.
