   I hate to give bad reviews, but this plugin has made me lose nerves and customers, and I want to save other people. If you need to find a workaround with your custom code to solve some issues (the support doesn’t exist), it will be a nightmare for you.There are no hooks. It’s clear the intention to make the code difficult to read and it’s impossible to add your code without modifying the plugin. At the same time, it’s not possible to use this plugin as it is, because a lot of things don’t work. I started to use this plugin a couple of years ago. I know how it works, or better, how it doesn’t work. This review is not based on a lack of knowledge of the plugin. Sorry for the authors. I want to believe they did their best, and it may be hard for them to read this review, but I think it will help some other people. If I read a review like this a couple of years ago, that review would have saved me from about two years of hell.

   I started to work with this plugin this Summer. I’m using it now on my project https://supershippingwoo.com/ (a WooCommerce shipping plugin) and it works great. If you are looking for a solution for licensing your own plugins or themes, this is definitely what you need (in this case, this addon is used to connect to WooCommerce orders, and it works fine).    The product is powerful but not easy to use and very difficult to setup. The supplied documentation is terrible and of very little use. Then the support is even worse. Submitted a ticket twice and received a reply with zero help after two days waiting.
