   Nice plugin. I would give 5 stars but it’s a bit buggy. When reporting bugs, support seems reluctant to consider possible differences between their sandbox and live websites, opting instead for the usual “it must be your other plugins” deflection. Granted it is free, and I still like it, bugs and all. A few small GUI issues. (1) Latest Note column is a great feature, but the time zone is incorrect. It is OK in the Note, but the times displayed in the Latest Note column are all incorrect by a fixed number of hours (as if a conversion from UTC to Time Zone is erroneous). (2) Opening the Notes defaults to placing the top of the popup window in the center of the screen (with the latest note typically off the bottom of the screen). This is more of an annoyance than a bug – scrolling the orders screen is typically required. It would be friendlier if the window were higher up and/or the window scrolled itself to the bottom (latest note) and/or the sort were reversed so latest note (and the add box) is displayed at the top.
