Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
Actively maintainedHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin · 61% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.

The public count shows “5K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.
How we estimate this
Assumptions
- Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
- Annual price per customer. $149–$299 a year, typical for Membership plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
- Acquisition multiple. 2x–4x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, the typical range for a steady plugin.
- Install base. 5K–6K active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).
Inputs

- Pro tier
- detected ("Lite" naming, the free tier of a paid product)
- Download trend
- volatile (a recent download spike, likely a release)

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

We’ve used WPFusion to connect to both ActiveCampaign and Hubspot (different sites) and it has worked incredibly well. The team at WPFusion is easy to work with and friendly. I appreciate all their help when I need it, which isn’t very often. The software works and works well. It’s easy to understand, setup, and change when the need arises. We use it to control the users’ path and it works great! Couldn’t do it without WPFusion. Thank you WPFusion team! We use the full version and it’s worth every single dime! Outstanding support! I chatted with Ace from WP Fusion and he quickly—and patiently—helped me resolve an implementation issue on my side. In today’s world, getting that caliber of human support is rare and hugely valuable. The software is excellent as well: powerful, flexible, and perfect for building personalized member journeys. Ace’s help really showcased the team’s dedication to customer success.

We’ve been using WP Fusion for years, and it’s hands down the best solution we’ve found to connect our WordPress site and WooCommerce with Keap. It has all the features we need and works reliably. The support team is also fantastic—always helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid integration tool.

Good application to automate marketing tasks. On the downside, I would say that the price is high and the free services are very limited.

The plugin is quite versatile, with the main advantage being its compatibility with various CRMs. While it does have a few quirks, the customer support team is highly knowledgeable and responsive. They were very helpful in assisting me with adapting it to my specific use case.
