   If something goes wrong, it is impossible to get support. Help chat box sends you to a forum on a wild goose chase, there are no direct way to get help without having to login. Not able to login – Advanced coupons site says invalid email yet the plugin is running and working on my WP site.. Coupon codes that my customers received when they purchased gift cards are turning up invalid and I can’t get that resolved.

   Takes a little getting used to. But once you figure out its inner workings and all the options available it is a great plugin to use to add BOGO, percentage off various products for sitewide sales. If you get stuck, they have great customer service which is always important. 🙂
