   I was very excited to use SureCart as it appeared simple to use and quick to install various product options. But, and this really is a big BUT, your store order data is not held on your website but in SureCarts cloud service. That for me is a big NO THANKS. If there was an option to choose where to store your data, e.g. locally or in SureCart cloud then it would be a winner and worth 5 stars.    I have been using SureCart on my clipart website for several months, and I recently ran into a complex technical issue that had me completely stumped. I was at my wit’s end after trying everything I could think of to make the shopping cart work correctly. Enter the SureCart support team, and in particular Nodari. From the very first response, he was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He did not just send me a generic list of things to try — he actually logged into my site and ran test purchases himself. The issue turned out to involve multiple contributing factors including duplicate pages (my fault), webhook configuration, caching conflicts, and even a browser extension and an email address conflict that were interfering with the checkout process (Probably most of which were also all my own fault). He systematically worked through every single possibility without ever making me feel rushed, confused, or like I was asking too many questions. One thing that was absolutely positive was that I was communicating with Nodari the entire time, and not being moved around to other support reps to pick up where he had left off. He also created a 100% off “test” coupon to allow live purchase tests without incurring any Stripe charges. What truly sets the SureCart Team apart is the communication style I experienced during the troubleshooting process. Explanations were always clear, suggestions were spot-on, and follow-up consistently occurred until the issue was completely resolved — not just partially fixed. My small clipart business was treated with the same care and attention I imagine is given by SureCart to much larger clients. If you are considering SureCart for your digital products store, do not hesitate. Not only is the platform powerful and feature-rich, but knowing that this caliber of support is behind it makes it an absolute no-brainer.
