   It is gut plugin but: I find it really unfair not to see unsubscribed in free version. Also is very buggy, I have several with campagnies, they lost saved forms or even save at all new one. I have to trick with workflows or so 🙁 Now I have suddenly no pictures in postnotifications… Plugin name so long that it destroys completely overview of plugins design.

   I have been using the Fluent system for 5 years and I am very satisfied! The system is flexible and allows me to track lead movements, there is integration with additional plugins that are very important to my field (digital courses) and most importantly, there is excellent support and service for any difficulty!    Many CRM’s on the planet. Many have paid per seat, many have fixed email process, limited ability to change or adjust as needed, as all the other CRM’s are closed under lock and key. Forget you Hubspot, Highlevel and Zoho. This system will save you money and time and also you get support – which I have to say beats out all the big players. Looking for a way to mange your contacts, nurture them and grow with them – get it. Many integrations available + ya the support is super!!

   I’ve been using the paid version of FluentCRM for quite a while happily and with no problems. A month ago, they did a major update and I started noticing that some of my newsletters weren’t getting sent. Ugh. I contacted tech support. They got back to me promptly. We had a bit of back and forth to troubleshoot exactly what and where the problem was. (It seemed to be in the FluentCRM side of sending emails) The next week, an update that had a feature to significantly strengthened their message sending process (as described in the update release). Most importantly for me. Problem solved. Prompt and polite service throughout and clear communications. While no one wants bugs or problems… … what you DO want is honest answers and a real fix delivered as quickly as possible. Check, check, check.

   We moved from ActiveCampaign (AC) to FluentCRM more than a year ago. The FluentCRM UI is much more responsive than AC, and also more intuitive and less brittle (sometimes AC would just flake out). We use automations, recurring campaigns, smart links, and other features, and they all work really well. We’re quite happy! Additionally, we’ve received excellent support – often replies within the hour! Kudos to FluentCRM and the Fluent team.
