   I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed CM in the years I’ve been using it. Shame on me! I am non-technical, so having a plug n’play program is as important as the customer service connected to it. CM has both. I never hesitate to recommend CM to other writers. (That other plugin–you know, with the monkey? Yeah, that one made me cry.) When I have questions, I contact support and wow–there you go, problem solved. Thanks for a great program

   I was able to link the plugin to the campaign monitor account, create the form but the shortcode is not being generated, no matter what i do, the shortcode does not appear.
