   I have been using ThumbPress for many years. When this version updated on my site it crashed. Had to go in thru the server panel and delete the plugin before I could open the site. At the present time I have 68 subdomains and so far 4 sites have crashed. I am in the process of removing this plugin from all my sites before the auto-update crashes all of them.

   The most needed feature is missing. The plugin should allow the user to decide which image sizes should be created for every image being uploaded through WordPress. Like WP Image Sizes (by aiwatech) plugin.

   Your Refund policy is a disgrace and stinks. If you write “But in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason” but in the next 20 lines you basically take that offer apart in detail you should by banned from making business.I understand partly how you feel about it, but than do not make such headline offers because it is simply a fraught! Shame

   their own site is a mess, when you install, you don’t have a certainty that you are in fact deleting unsued images and you might en up deleting images you are using. the webp converter reached more than 700% of completion when it isn’t failing and when you check out, you don’t see any jpg turned into webp.    Beware… this plugin deletes almost all your media library and if you have products, guess what, you HAVE to restore a backup IF you have one… if not, you’re screwed. Shame on the developers, such crimes should be punished by law.
