   When an image is uploaded to a WordPress site, it gets replicated a number of times at a variety of sizes on the server. Other image optimization plugins add to this bloat by creating even more versions of these files in different formats and sizes. So the uploads folder on a website becomes a total disaster.We like to disable these behaviors with a snippet and install Optimole! It just needs the one ‘Full’ image and can deliver a perfectly sized image in the best format possible for a visitor, all on the fly, all from the Optimole CDN! An excellent plugin with a great support team.
