   As others are noting here, their customer service is terrible. In fact I’d use the word “non-existent”. After signing up with an account I decided that the service was no longer what I needed and contacted them to delete my account. Multiple times, in different ways, I’ve contacted their customer support about this and never had a response. Currently breaching GDPR rules, they’re going to be reported. Thank goodness I never handed over any payments to them.

   Whatever you do, do not use this service. They will happily charge your credit cars, but when you try to reach them for support, they never respond. Their service is a disgrace.

   I put 2 stars because it was fine for a while but now there is no update for over a year. There is no response from support. It doesn’t matter to the developer, he seems to keep taking the money and not care if stuff works or not. Very annoying. I am planning to migrate elsewhere, I don’t think that the developer is working on anything for many many many months. This topic was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by msstm.

   – It works with 1 image but not at Google PageSpeed standard – It doesn’t work with bulk action – The worst thing is I inputted my credit card there and they refused to let me cancel my subscription, what a very bad thing from kraken.io

   The plugin constantly has issues to the point where we have had to disable it. We have attempted to contact Kraken for support (as we are a paying customer) and they simply do not respond!

   Did not work at all. Got api keys, made settings, saved and nothing absolutely happened, although I selected to do the bulk. There is no “run” button with this. Uninstalling. waste of time. This topic was modified 9 years, 5 months ago by recons.
