   not working anymore, error 400 due to the new Etsy Api, developer told me he doesn’t have the time to develop further or adapt……Useless now, don’t buy it….i used it for two years now, customer service is below zero, he simply told me to find another plugin…

   I really wanted to like this plugin and paid for the pro version. It does work, but it is rudimentary at best. I got it to work no problem, but there were numerous issues which finally made me delete it: it doesn’t upload pictures (at least not webp), there are a few fields such as materials which do not upload, tags produce errors, and the biggest issue for me: it does not work with calculated shipping. It deleted the ounces field in Etsy, so you can only ship by pounds. This is a big issue if you ship lightweight items. I contacted the developer, who was VERY quick to respond (kudos for that!), and he wasn’t surprised I was having trouble, and admitted that he can’t fix it. In the end, I decided to look for other options – in my situation it is faster to create copies of older Etsy listings and switch pictures, etc. There’s less editing than using this plugin, which completely defeats the purpose. If you are someone who offers free shipping, or uses a flat rate shipping template in Etsy you’ll be fine. Also be sure you use Jpeg or similar on your website….because your images won’t transfer otherwise (but idk who would do that because they’re horrible for storage space and site speed 😒) I’m guessing this is a better option for drop shippers who copy and paste images and don’t fulfill their own orders 😒

   My paid plugin suddenly stopped working, it just stopped syncing. Even though I still have 5 months of my paid yearly subscription, there is no help from the developer. I tried to contact him for few months now sending him multiple messages and no response what so ever. When I had questions before I became a paid subscriber he did answer my questions. But once I needed help, he totally ignored my emails. So I know he did receive my emails asking for help.Do not bother with this plugin, developer clearly is only there when everything goes well. And refusing to help when something goes wrong.

   unfortunately I have to update my review and now have to give it only 1 star. The developer lost patience with me on trying to get it to sync my 336 items on Etsy and I had to tell him to stop working on the project but at least refunded me my purchase, Developer does not seem to have enough patience in my opinion.    I have no idea why I have not left a review but I have been using this plugin for my business pretty much since it was created. I cannot image using any other plugin to bring in and sync my Etsy orders and inventory. Syncs my WooCommerce and Etsy inventory and orders beautifully, including variations! Customer service deserves a million stars! Have you ever encountered any support team that not only LISTENS to your issue but actually FIXES it in RECORD TIME? The plugin is simple to use and intuitive. The capability continues to grow and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. I saw the negative reviews and only one thing came to mind: user error. For me, 9 out of 10, the problem was me. Hard to argue with that.

   I love this plugin, probably one of my most used plugins now. What’s great is – it takes all the info. you’ve created in Woocommerce in the product listing and translates it up to an Etsy draft product. It even translates the stock quantities, attributes and the variations . Then go to the draft in Etsy check all the details and then submit, easy.
