   I have been using this plugin for a few years now and it works perfectly for our woocommerce/shipworks set up. I have had a couple times where I needed integration support and Olivier went beyond to assist me resolving the issues. Cant say enough about the customer support that comes with this plugin.

   If you use Shipworks and WooCommerce, you can stop your search here. This plugin offers all the features you need, and the support is nothing less than fantastic. The monthly subscription price is more than reasonable, and bugs are always fixed quickly between WooCommerce/Shipworks updates. We have been happy with this plugin for well over 1 year, it’s the integration we require to keep our businesses running smoothly. 10 stars.

   Now over 3 years later we had an issue with our shipping. Olivier again went above and beyond to help us out. Olivier found the problem that turned out not to be the extension at all. He worked with us, diagnosed the problem and we were able to correct the issue because of his expertise and help. We couldn’t ask for more. Not only does the plugin work well, but when an issue there was an issue during installation the developer corrected it right then! We also required some extra programming and that too ws done promptly. Excellent service, excellent plugin. Now almost a year after installation We made changes to our site that could have created issues. Oliver made adjustments for us within an hour and our order process continued uninterupted. Thank you!    I bought this plugin, in hopes of integrating my new woocommerce platform into my existing setup, which uses shipwroks. I ran into a few snags, because of settings I messed up on my server. I contacted support and they went WAY above and beyond responding at all hours of the day and night until my problem was resolved. Amazing Plugin, Amazing Support, Amazing!
