Ранее пользовался WooCommerce. Но структура заказа там такая что через одного люди не могли нормально оформить заказ. Встал вопрос о смене модуля. Универсам зашел сразу. удобный переход благодаря импорту, минимум неудобств для клиентов на время перехода и отладки. Поддержка вообще огонь! Если бы все так работали мы бы жилы в другой стране. Почти с месяц каждодневной переписки. Всё жду когда матом отвечать начнут, но пока терпят )). Ребята классные. За период взаимодействия были реализованы все пожелания, а найденные ошибки буди устранены, причём достаточно быстро. И самое главное это при базовой лицензии, без оплаты. Я от всей Души благодарю весь коллектив магазина и желаю им успехов и процветания!

Перепробовал очень много плагинов на платформе wordpress, в России, да и СНГ-это единственный аналог WooCommerce, легко устанавливается, прост в настройке. Ребята из тех службы, отзывчивы и молниеносно исправляют найденные ошибки, всегда готовы помочь и настроить плагин под любой бизнес. Плагин прогрессивный, есть СРМ, что очень не хватает в других плагинах, задатки кассового окна, SEO продвижение, ну и соответственно, заказы счета и прочая первичка. Удивил раздел для персонала и контакт центр, тех потдержка пообещала ввести в новых версиях внутренний чат для сотрудников. Плагин платный, но он того стоит. За 3 недели после установки, нареканий нет. Желаю Вам процветания и продвижения. Я уверен, что Вы займете первые места в занимаемой области по России.

Отличный плагин. Очень понравился. Готовый интернет магазин. Приятно удивлён, что бесплатная версия обладает полным набором функций для успешного функционирования интернет магазина. В платной версии тоже есть ряд очень нужных и необходимых функций для облегчения работы. Но на начальном этапе и небольшим магазинам, вполне можно начать работать на бесплатной версии. Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать ребятам из службы поддержки данного плагина Universam. Поддержка на высшем уровне. Отвечают очень быстро, даже в выходные дни, проявляют заинтересованность, вникают в каждый вопрос, дают развёрнутый ответ. Сразу видно, что заинтересованы в клиенте и работают на перспективу и репутацию. Ставлю пять звёзд этому плагину.

Переводили сайт на этот плагин. Рекомендуем. Техподдержка шустрая, ребята грамотные, быстро отвечают и помогают если необходимо. Простой интерфейс, функционал огромный, есть все что нужно для интернет-магазина плюс CRM в подарок. Из минусов: слишком много функций. Но неиспользуемые функции можно отключить, как мы и сделали.
