   After testing several project management plugins, I decided to stick with this one because it offers a good balance between features and ease of use. Setting up projects, assigning tasks, and tracking progress are all simple enough for new users while still providing the functionality needed for growing teams. The documentation is helpful, and updates have consistently improved the plugin. It’s been a solid addition to our workflow, and I would recommend giving it a try.

   I used WP Project Manager a while ago and found it a bit complex at the time. Recently, I tried it again, and the improvements are truly impressive. The interface is now much cleaner, faster, and more user-friendly. Managing projects and tasks feels smooth and well organized, making the overall workflow much easier to handle. Great job by the team on improving both performance and usability. The plugin has become far more polished and professional than before.

   I tried WP Project Manager a few years ago, but at that time I found it a bit overwhelming and not as straightforward as I had hoped. Recently, I decided to give it another try, and I must say the improvement has been impressive. The interface feels much cleaner, the workflow is easier to understand, and overall performance is noticeably faster. Creating projects, managing tasks, and navigating between different sections now feels smooth and intuitive. It’s great to see how much effort the team has put into improving both usability and speed. If you tried this plugin in the past and didn’t quite click with it, I would recommend giving it another chance. The current version is much more polished and user-friendly. Keep up the great work!

   Our organization has purchased two separate plugins from this developer (including this one), and they are constant problems. The purchase process is problematic, and requires not only separate purchases, but separate licenses for production and development sites. Additionally, you must install both the free and premium plugins and maintain them, to retain functionality. Any time there is an update to one of the plugins, they break and lose their connection to the developer’s site – claiming the license is expired. Obtaining premium support is usually a weeks-long process of back and forth and re-explaining the problem and troubleshooting steps already taken – only to result in what was originally requested.    Hi, I have just purchased the software (after previously having an absolute nightmare with Propovoice) and installed and have found a couple of issues/have a couple of questions, but cannot find any support available the support link on wedevs.com gives a 404 https://wedevs.com/account/tickets !! 🙁 Just found a chat support and that is also telling me “failed to send, retry?” :(((((((((((( Please support please get in touch asap, I cant bare another total waste of my time and money, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps. Happy to change this review to a 5 star one!    I recently submitted a security issue (identified by Wordfence), and was pleased with the quick and professional response which included a promise to let me know when the problem was fixed. Well, they repaired the problem, pushed the update, and — as promised — sent a personal message to let me know. I expected the promise to be forgotten in the busyness of life, so I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Tanvir! I’m giving the plugin 4 stars because even though it’s a solid alternative to Slack, Asana, etc., and has great support, there’s room for improvement. On my wish list is for task lists and Kanban to be more interactive.
