   Enough people do not share good experiences we have versus how quick we are to share the negative. With that said, I want to give a shout out to WP Ninja and their suite of Fluent products for WP communities. I have recently begun working with Fluent Support, Fluent Board, and am getting my feet wet with Fluent CRM (not pro yet, but the others are) and not only are these products built remarkably well, with beautifully thought out user interfaces, but with a price points that are incredible fair and reasonable. Most importantly, as we all know, support is the icing on everything and poor support can ruin an otherwise good, and often necessary product. This is not the case with WP Ninja, whose support has been nothing be proactive and speedy at addressing specific concerns we’ve had and providing immediate fixes to the challenges we’ve faced that were within the products scope. All in all … A+ WP software provider! Nothing bad to say at all.

   Ive been searching for a reliable and user friendly Projects plugin for years, out of the many I tested this is definitely the best one. Love that it integrates with WP users and their fluent ecosystem of plugins. They are still missing some important features around automation but feel confident on their team to deploy it soon.

   We use Fluent Boards Pro for a variety of projects, but the main use is for complex price quotes that require a number of steps and follow-up from the time of the price quote until the quote is approved or rejected. There are several staff members who work on this, and until now it was a disorganized mess. Now, most customers start by filling out a form on our site (thanks, Fluent Forms) that helps us understand exactly what they want. That automatically creates a task in Fluent Boards and assigns it an initial user. From there, we have a great workflow, with the ability for any employee to clearly see what’s happening at every step of the process, add comments as needed, etc. What I also love is that they’re constantly improving this plugin according to customer requests. For example, I requested the ability to move custom fields around, and this is now a possibility! For me, personally, the only feature still missing is a time clock (preferably also with a Pomodoro option) so that users can time themselves while working. (There is a place to input amount of time worked, but I want an automatic option.) But even without that, this is a wonderful plugin that has hugely improved our workflow and work processes – and gives us the numbers to see how we’re doing (e.g., how many quotes have been approved vs. rejected) – and has helped us grow our business by making sure no one falls between the cracks. A solid five stars from me!
