Biggest opportunity: Swap “whatsapp”, “live chat” and “chatgpt” for “chat bot”, “chatting” and “facebook chat”. “whatsapp” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “chat bot” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “live chat” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #24. “chatting” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “chatgpt” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #11. “facebook chat” sits at #10 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →3.3%
of downloads still active
At least 20K of 614.5K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.8%, across 629 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

What to do about it
- Swap “whatsapp”, “live chat” and “chatgpt” for “chat bot”, “chatting” and “facebook chat”.
- One page off on “chatgpt”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

I am extremely pleased by Get-Button’s professionalism in addressing my issue. I encountered a problem with a button I purchased, but their team of experts dedicated half the day to resolve it.Several years ago, I purchased another button for my mobile site from Get-Button and was satisfied with the leads it generated for me; hence, I chose to explore their website for updates. The game reached a new pinnacle with my discovery that they were proficient at using ChatGPT, which is truly remarkable. My coworkers, family, and friends evaluated it, and we were astonished by its advanced responses and remarkable speed. We therefore opted to acquire a subscription, recognising that it would facilitate our tasks by providing superior replies compared to human responses and accommodating other languages, including Urdu, spoken by some of our consumers. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any business that cares about leads and convenience.

As others said already this plugin is not free at all and it should’t be at wordpress repository. But the most unfair is that in their website they do not mention pricing even if someone wanted to buy something from them. This is total misleading. These types of plugins and people behind them shouldn’t be accepted by wordpress! You must be clear when and how much you charge something before someone be registered (and take his personal data)

Why is this plugin in the FREE repository if it is not free? They send you to their website to get a code and the last step is getting a license for $4/month. Remove it! Waste of time!

I tried to use this plugin but it seems that all the features require a premium license. Some of their replies to other reviews suggest that there are some free features available but their form for creating the button make it very unclear which features can be used with a free plan. I tried creating a basic email form button without the greeting but it still required the pro plan.
