The plugin is good, but the support service is hopeless and simply stupid, and there seems to be no way to renew the Auto Update Rates key. The plugin worked well and had the advantage of being compatible with many others I use. The problem arose when I wanted to extend the key for Auto Update Rates, because the one I had had expired. Any decent company that provides such solutions wants the customer to simply purchase this functionality, so extending the key should be a one-click process. In this case, that’s not the case. How to update the key is not described anywhere. Support inquiries regarding this matter were unanswered. The information on their website is misleading. I thought I was ordering a key extension, but it turned out their system had sold me another unnecessary license for the same plugin, which I tried to return, but they didn’t even respond to my refund request. The newly purchased plugin had the same expiration date as the previous key, so I couldn’t use it as a new one. Through trial and error, I ordered an additional six months of support, which they offer with every license purchased, but this support doesn’t work either. It’s a complete nightmare. How can someone be so stupid that they have a good product and yet so poorly implement customer service and subscription renewals for certain features? Been a while since I was looking for a currency plugin, I have used this for years now, but I remember it being hard work to find one that works, especially with cacheing going on.Can’t remember if I had many issue with setup, but in any case – it works beautifully now. If you have Litespeed cache and you need a currency plugin, this one works.

With Curcy installed (premium version), we receive complaints from customers that PayPal and also Apple Pay received our CAD payment requests in a wrong currency (USD) and our customers were overcharged. For example, an order for 100 CAD was charged like 100 USD, and our customers had to pay about 137 CAD (like 100 USD). This is extremely bad situation. Curcy is not even activated on the frontend, everything is tuned off like currency by country etc. because we only need it to have incoming USD orders from Amazon converted to USD. But this is so unreliable, that we need to find a different solution than Curcy.

Very impressing plugin, worked right away. The free plugin supports 2 currenzys, that was perfect for us. EU and DK. Thanks for your great plugin 😀

I have only testet freemium version on the plugin. Reason for only 3 star is lack of possibility to set refresh interval on currency rate update and that you can’t map payment gateway to currency in the freemium version. If you plan to have more than two currency on website, you have to buy Pro version, but then you get possibility to map payment gateway to currency.
