   5 stars for their support! I have not been long in the WordPress community but talking to support representatives usually comes with a frustration of being helpless. WPML Support and Andrey look closely to the issue and proposed workarounds till they figure out a solution to the issue even if it was not actually their issue to fix. Also they are very organized, providing a sandbox site to re-produce the issue and make various tests. Thank you!

   WPML charged me an automatic renewal with zero notice. No email warning before the charge, no invoice sent after. I only found out by checking my account myself. The license is not even in use anymore since my site no longer runs WPML. Asked for a refund and got pushback. This kind of silent auto-billing is not acceptable for a paid plugin. Be careful and check your renewal settings if you use this.
