Removal-risk signals
53/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 4+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Falling behind WordPress. Tested up to WordPress 5.9.16.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
No release in a yearHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

The public count shows “10K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price.

Forced to buy the Pro version if you want to add it to the button, or even to avoid the bar to appear again and again. Lots of better alternatives, especially if you only need one simple bar, although the pro version does a good job.

Nice plugin, does what you want and easy to set-up…. but i don’t think this plugin uses Cookies…. so when you close the bar, it will keep showing on every page.

The plugin worked for a little bit. Then, we had a notification bar that would not go away. Getting support is about as difficult as picking a booger in a spacesuit. There is NO 24/7 support. It is a forum that takes at least a day to get a reponse. By the time they responded, the notification bar finally went away after I deleted it on my own, permanently, losing all of the stats on the bar and de-activating the plugin. They when we needed to display another alert banner, we tried to create one and now it shows up on every page except for the home page. It’s been an entire month of back and forth in the FORUM. Each day brings another useless comment blaming me for not sending the right info arguing about what the issue is. Finally they did manage to obtain access to our site and what do you know, the next day our site goes down and we can’t even access our WP Dashboard. I’d rather fart tacks permanently for the rest of my life than try and work with these devs on getting this resolved at this point. Absolute garbage.

I bought this plugin for a client because of all the great reviews and their claims: “We have a state of the art support system not offered by other theme companies. Our staff will make sure you’re personally taken care of.” and “Questions come up, it’s perfectly normal, and unlike other companies, we don’t keep you waiting for a reply…” Their advertised 24/7 support via the Pro plugin support forums doesn’t live up to its claims. And there is no documentation for the Pro version – their website links just ping-pong you between the sales page and your account page. There are no videos for the Pro version except the install video. I had one urgent question about a display problem as I set up this plugin for a client on a newly-launched site. On the second day after posting this to their forum in great detail, the only answer I finally received was: “Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop. You can check the setup video from here: (and a link to the video). Hope that helps, please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need help with anything else.” Won’t be buying anything else from this company or recommending them for my clients.
