This plugin works exactly as I needed it to. I do agree with maitrifischer about the following features would be nice, but for free this thing is pretty awesome. 1. Maximum shipping limit (price and weight) 2. An option for “rest of the world” in country classes Thank you so much for your contribution. This is a wonderful alternative to pricey table weight solutions.

This plugin was absolutely perfect for the WP site I was building for my wife’s small business, but it no longer works with the latest WooCommerce (2.1.0) and is no longer updated.
