   Tracy went above and beyond tonight. I came in with a complex theme integration problem — BetterDocs wasn’t inheriting the header from my Resonance theme — and instead of pointing me to documentation, she diagnosed the exact cause, built three ready-to-use template files in their test environment, verified them against my actual theme, and delivered a solution that worked on the first install. When I followed up with two more issues, she came back with precise, technically detailed answers that explained not just what to do but why the problem was happening in the first place.    Before I even licensed the plugin, I got a little stuck on integrating it with BuddyBoss on WordPress – getting it up and running was painless, but, as anyone who uses BuddyBoss knows, it likes constraining layouts which makes various plugins get messy on mobile. So, I emailed support, and in a few hours, got back helpful tips AND a walk through video recorded for my specific problem!!!! So like I said, what’s more superb than the amazing plugin?
