Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay.

This plugin and the CTM service is still my go-to for handling the setup and configuration for all the phone (DNI), form, chat, and SMS on the sites I’m setting up. It is one of those dependable services that I can count on (unlike a lot on WordPress).

Personal views on plugins that cost between $400/year and $900/year… Better have more functionalities than that. Thanks, but no thanks.

Call Tracking Metrics is a fantastic service for tracking phone calls that happen as a result of online advertising. This plugin makes it fast and easy to set up the service on WordPress sites. My only wish was that the plugin would notify you either via email or by a banner on the site if the API key is accidentally removed.
