   I took demo and found it pretty cool. Now I have just purchased the and I am yet to explore it entirely. But what really impressed me is their support team. During sales inquiry they took note of my needs and feedback and implemented those in the bot within 2 weeks.Having a good support team to listen to your feedback and issues is as essential as having a good plugin. My thumbs up for this plugin and support team, really good work.

   This plugin has it all. We decided on the Ultimate version, with lifetime updates and support. We had a few issues setting up the plugin with integrations to live chat, but the support team of Chatgen went above and beyond to resolve this in no time at all. The support is fast, reliable and friendly and they get things done as promised! Even for small businesses, this is really a great investment!
