   I have been amazed at the level of customization available in SuiteDash. From the support community to the new Suitebot, helpful resources are there to help you build just about anything. The best part is the end result – freedom to run your actual business without getting bogged down by admin tasks or worrying that you forgot to get the client to sign that contract.

   SuiteDash is the sort of business management system I’d been looking for. Many other platforms have some good features but then leave important elements out, or don’t have integration. SuiteDash offers a full set of business and marketing management options included. The platform also seems to be under constant development with new features and capabilities being added, which is good. The platform is fairly straightforward to use, although I haven’t fully explored all of its capabilities. Their knowledgebase is very good with plenty of content for learning how everything works. The only addition I would like to see are some sample industry case studies to better understand the setup with regard to a given business type. This would help to better clarify the steps required for implementation. Overall, very happy and would recommend (and in fact, have already).

   The plugin works as expected: it provides a direct login connection between a WordPress site and the SuiteDash client portal. Setup is straightforward and useful if you want to keep users on your own domain while accessing the SuiteDash system.    I’ve been using SuiteDash to manage my agency for a while, but adding the WordPress plugin was the absolute enhancement for my workflow. The biggest challenge with high-end CRMs is often the friction of sending clients to a third-party URL. This plugin solves that beautifully. It allows me to host the login functionality directly on my own website. My clients don’t feel like they are being pushed off to some random software; they feel like they are entering a secure, private area of my brand.

   SuiteDash is a great all in one business product. There are so many features already and still more are being added. You can create client portals, you have a learning management system to create courses, and you can white label it too. You get your own app to use. You have the ability to control user permissions to different resources. There is a learning curve, but once you know how to use the software everything makes sense.
