   Llevamos varios meses trabajando con las versiones de pago de este plugin por un encargo de un cliente. Lo que, en principio, parece ser un buen gestor de zonas privadas, tiene bastantes limitaciones a nivel de personalización del diseño ya que se basa principalmente en el uso de shortcodes. Respecto a la resolución de dudas y respuesta a solicitudes por parte del equipo de desarrollo del plugin he de decir que es nefasto. Hace más de 2 meses que estamos esperando respuesta a una consulta y más de de dos semanas por otra, y ha tenido que intervenir otro usuario que también ha comprado el plugin para comentar un fallo que ha habido en una de las últimas actualizaciones y que no está dejando que las páginas clave olvidada y recuperación de contraseña sean accesibles, siendo esta funcionalidad un addon extra de pago… Dejo dos capturas a nuestras consultas en el foro de soporte de wp-customer-area: zarclub.es/wp-content/themes/ZARastra-child/assets/img/ticket01.pngzarclub.es/wp-content/themes/ZARastra-child/assets/img/ticket02.png A día de hoy, no recomiendo este plugin y creo que WordPress debería de ser más exigente con los equipos de desarrollo de los plugin, sobre todo si son de pago.

   I purchased WP Customer Area along with several add-ons, expecting a professional solution to manage private file sharing with my clients. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite following all setup instructions and verifying compatibility with my theme and other plugins, the add-ons failed to perform their basic functions as advertised. I opened a support request, provided all the necessary information, and waited patiently. After a week, I still haven’t received any response from the support team. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a paid product. Worse, the system remains completely unusable for my use case, and I’ve had to look for alternatives. I also requested a refund in accordance with their stated policy, but have received no acknowledgment whatsoever. Sadly, I cannot recommend this plugin or its paid extensions to anyone who needs reliability, functionality, or even basic customer support.
