For people who care about ownership and privacy, this is a big advantage compared to many cloud-only tools. The second reason is that it is almost an all-in-one system. I can manage contacts, pipelines, booking, email campaigns, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, automations, support tickets, and tasks in one place. Instead of stitching together different tools for CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp messaging, booking, and support, DoubleScale gives me one connected platform that saves time and reduces complexity. In practice, I use DoubleScale for: CRM and automations to handle contacts, tags, and flows. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to follow up with leads and customers. Booking and calendars to manage events, availability, and scheduled bookings. Sales tools for my team, including sales pipelines, proposals, and invoices. Task management to assign work, set reminders, and keep the team on schedule. There is one feature that is especially critical for me. DoubleScale captures the email and phone number in the checkout before the customer submits their order. Sometimes people do not complete the checkout. Because DoubleScale has already captured their contact details, I can email them or send them a WhatsApp message shortly after they leave, for example, within an hour, to remind them to come back and complete the purchase. This alone helps recover abandoned carts and increase order value in a very practical way. The WhatsApp marketing and automation features are another strong point. A lot of people rely on WhatsApp today, and being able to send automated WhatsApp messages from the same system that runs my CRM and email campaigns is very powerful.
