Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer

How well this listing is tuned to rank in WordPress.org search, on the factors an owner controls. Not popularity, optimization.

Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

277 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 20 listed. 212 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 2 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.

Directory rank vs rivals

wp.org popularity rank over time · higher is better · when a rival's line climbs above yours, they've overtaken you

How often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

Share of active installs on each version of this plugin · 96% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.

Crossed into this band 3 months ago and the previous band took 5.1 years to cross, so the real count is still just under 100K.

Was one of the best WooCommerce email design plugins available, but it stopped working with the latest WordPress or possibly Elementor. Email sent with the default WooCommerce template, and unable to get into the WordPress customizer.

I had high hopes and customisations looked great in preview. Unfortunately the actual emails distributed by this system looked nothing like the preview! There was no header styling and header background added in the customised, added a background colour to the whole email. Don’t waste your time on this.

Stopped working recently with an update from wordpress or maybe elementor. It’s free, so maybe they don’t update it much. It was good up until now. Have to switch to another.

Not compatible with ANY custom order plugins, or hardcoded (woo logic based) custom order status WITH emails. (Yes I know this plugin doesnt add email, but example custom order status plugin from woo.com can add emails too. But Kadence email designer doesnt see it, only the default woo mails. The last update / bugfix / new feature was more than 8 months ago. De editor has jquery error too. Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not definedat ?kt-woomail-preview=1&customize_changeset_uuid=a1db730e-cd78-45e9-bdeb-358ab3f843e2&customize_theme=hitek-child&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0:234:9

If you need it in another language or use wmpl this plugin does not work. Has a nice editing tool and preview, but the inserted text is not used, only default english. Wasted my time with this plugin!
