Biggest opportunity: “chat plugin”, “elementor” and “live chat” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

How it's measured →0.6%
of downloads still active
At least 40 of 7.2K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Page Builders plugin keeps 2.4%, across 1,263 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Page Builders plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 4 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Estimated active installs
The public count shows “40+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 3 months ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just over 40.
At the current install trend, crossing 50+ in roughly 133 days.

The plugin is free, yet the LiveChat service is paid – you pay for the quality though 👍 Quick setup.

They should have been able to use the plugin to stay free in the first place without the free trial version, then it would have been better to reduce some futures from the premium and then make arrangements to use the plugin for free. This topic was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by Sabbir Prodan.
