Biggest opportunity: “chat plugin”, “live chat” and “wordpress chat” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

How it's measured →1.0%
of downloads still active
At least 100 of 10.4K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.7%, across 624 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

A pretty cool plugin for live chat for any website. You can connect to their app software and get a ton of other features, besides just chat.

It’s really handy tool, let call it: all-in-one. It has most of the features that I personally need. What’s most important, it’s cheaper than rival companies!
