Rapidmail an sich ist toll – aber leider ist das Woocommerce Plugin unbrauchbar, da NUR registrierte Kunden sich für den Newsletter anmelden können (und auch keine Double-Optin-Email erhalten…). Gastbesteller sehen die Newsletter-Checkbox, aber selbst wenn sie anklicken, erhalten sie keine Double-Optin-Email und werden auch nicht zu Rapidmail importiert. So kann man das Plugin zur Zeit nur verwenden, wenn man ausschließlich mit Kundenkontoregistrierung in Woocommerce arbeitet. Ich hoffe, dass hier bald nachgebessert wird, liebes Rapidmail-Team, denn Euer Newsletter-Tool ist toll!

Wir arbeiteen seit Jahren mit RapidMail, weil es sehr gut und umfangreich ist. Jetzt wollten wir unsere Kunden beim Checkout zusätzlich zu NL-Abonnenten machen mit einer Option. Technisch ist alles recht einfach umgesetzt und funktioniert. Aber leider werden die bestehenden Kontakte in der Empfängerdatenbank überschrieben. Dort gefüllte Felder, nach denen selektiert wird (!!!), werden geleert, weil bei WC ein solches Feld z.B. nicht existiert. Da das Feld nun leer war, wurden die Empfänger quasi vom Newsletter abgemeldet. Bzw. sie bekamen keinen Newsletter mehr, weil sie keinem von uns genutzten Selektionskriterium entsprachen. Schade. So ist dieses Plugin für uns unbrauchbar. (Momentan!)
