Biggest opportunity: Swap “woocommerce” for “export products”. “woocommerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “export products” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →2.4%
of downloads still active
At least 100K of 4.2M lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,143 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 9 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

I’ve been using this plugin for years on a couple of sites: (1) a community theatre site selling tickets to plays, and (2) a trade group organizing international conferences, with registrations, trade show booths, gala dinner tickets etc. The plugin has been essential and reliable for both. I recently purchased the Pro version for the second group’s site as I want to be able to generate different kinds of reports with preset parameters. I had one occasion to ask a question of Support, and got a fast and useful response. I’m very pleased.

I purchased the Pro version of this plugin and I have yet to find any specialized export that my clients need that this plugin can’t handle. It has so many options!

I installed this plug-in as I needed to export sales data to import into Xero. I needed to include Paypal and Woopayments transaction fees in the report but was getting a bit stuck. I opened a support ticket and Alex responded within about 20 minutes with a simple to follow fix. Amazing support. Not only that but the reporting function works brilliantly. Heartily recommended
