Biggest opportunity: Swap “csv”, “excel” and “xml” for “export user”, “add users” and “export”. “csv” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “export user” sits at #5 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “excel” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “add users” sits at #14 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “xml” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “export” sits at #20 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →8.0%
of downloads still active
At least 6K of 74.7K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Login & Users plugin keeps 0.7%, across 1,476 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Login & Users plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 4 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Estimated active installs
The public count shows “6K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 2 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just over 6K.
At the current install trend, crossing 7K+ in roughly 160 days.

Despite the plugin clearly stating in its description “Export all user fields, including custom fields created by third-party plugins”, it does not do this unless you upgrade to a pro version. This is very misleading and is a big waste of time having to install the plugin, go to export users, find out it doesn’t work, delete and uninstall.

FAQ says you can, then you install all the plugins and find out that you still need a premium version for that. F off.

We have tried many plugins before eventually starting to use WP ALL Export/Import plugins. It just makes everything so easy. The authors also look after the plugin with regular updates etc.
