   There are not that many extension for Zendesk on WordPress. And using Gravity gives you lots of opportunities and this plug-in gives you the missing link/function you need. Highly recommend the Pro version if you are looking for Zendesk & Gravity form add-on. Their support is quick 👍🏻.
