Removal-risk signals
53/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 3+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Falling behind WordPress. Tested up to WordPress 6.0.14.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
No release in a yearHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin · 100% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “8K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

If you have GTmetrix it still works but throws up constant security checks due to the lack of updates. This is especially annoying if like me you have a paid-for premium GTmetrix account and despite constant requests to the company they can’t be bothered to update their own official plugin for over three years.

I went from an F/E rating to an A/B rating using this tool to help point me to areas on the website front page that were contributing to noticeably slow loading times.

I put in the API and the email that it asked for and it never shows the results. But when I go to gtmetrix.com it shows the credits as being used. Edit*** It must’ve just needed a little more patience on my end. The plugin is working. This topic was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by heath18.

After using GT Metrix I found out how my website really was presented to final visitors. Simple to use and configure, information provided has an immense value to find bottlenecks and improvement points. Add this to your site toolkit as you’ll need it!

Апи баллы постоянно уменьшаются, хотя должны увеличиваться на 20 в день. В остальном сама система супер!

The GTmetrix for WordPress plugin is nothing but amazing, feature rich and well built. * Performs test of sites within WordPress * Features a dashbord widget showing latest results * Scheduled tests with email reports if speed falls below preferred level * A lot of tests in the free tier, with option to upgrade if managing a large number of sites. * Tested in WordPress 5.1 on two different hosts, 10+ sites – works perfectly. Highly recommended and certainly deserves a 5 star rating. Update: The last few days, the testing has been hanging uncompleted. No indication of what the cause is. Hoping for GT-metrix to respond the the support request. The “old way” of testing site directly on gtmetrix.com still works great 🙂 This topic was modified 7 years, 4 months ago by Bjarne Oldrup.
