Biggest opportunity: Swap “form”, “marketing” and “email marketing” for “signup”, “email automation” and “sms for contact form 7”. “form” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “signup” sits at #14 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “marketing” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #13. “email automation” sits at #15 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “email marketing” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #11. “sms for contact form 7” sits at #17 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. Install conversion
How it's measured →11%
of downloads still active
At least 100K of 947.7K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.2%, across 1,668 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 7 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Reviewer account pattern
from wp.org reviewer profiles8 of the last 13 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review.
Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

Honestly I expected it to take a month, it didn’t, more like days/week and everything was moved by the team. Melanie was very supportive, patient and did most of the work during onboarding, minimal effort from my side. Thank you!!!

I moved to Klaviyo about 3 months ago because everyone kept talking about it like it’s the ultimate email marketing tool. For me it just ended up feeling overly complex and way more expensive for basically the same things. I filled out the form to move back to Omnisend, and the team took care of everything, moved my account, handled the migration and made the process really easy. It honestly reminded me how nice it is to have genuinely great support. Definately staing this time.

I would like to highlight the migration experience in particular. I had been delaying the move for a long time because, honestly, platform migrations are usually hassle and stress. This time, though, it really wasn’t. Omnisend migration team handled the migration for me with minial effort from my side. It’s still early days with the platform itself, so I can’t fully comment on that yet, but based purely on the migration experience, it’s an easy 5 stars. I will update this review in a month or two once I had more time to use Omnisend.

A few months in now, and I still think Omnisends onboarding deserves credit. I’ve been around long enough to expect friction at the start, but they made it surprisingly smooth. Most of the heavy lifting was done for me, and I could get going quickly.

The platform is overall easy to use and set up. The customer support team was very helpful when needed, and the support here on the forum was also quick to clarify my questions. The mobile experience is decent, but could be a bit smoother.
