Biggest opportunity: Swap “social”, “chat” and “ai chat” for “ajax chat”, “chat bot” and “facebook chat”. “social” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “ajax chat” sits at #6 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “chat” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #19. “chat bot” sits at #8 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “ai chat” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #16. “facebook chat” sits at #9 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

of downloads still active
At least 4K of 443.1K lifetime downloads are still running, in line with its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.8%, across 629 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 6 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “social”, “chat” and “ai chat” for “ajax chat”, “chat bot” and “facebook chat”.
- One page off on “ai chat”. #16 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

I paid for the pro version of this plugin. Simply getting an email saying a new version is available would be nice. A plugin feature would break, and I’d check the changelog on the company’s website. If an update were available, the only way to obtain it would be to email the company and request a download link. Due to this drawn-out process, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the pro version of this plugin.

As I’ve stated in the title of this topic, it doesn’t worth it. Why? Because imports 200 users into your user database, which I had to delete manually. It also got mixed with my real users.

Hi Wise-Chat, I am so glad I bought this wise-chat pro and it works beautifully on my site. It has many great features than the free version. It has flood control. I can set hourly/Daily etc to cleared messages. Love the voice message, it gives the members extra to play with to have them to stay in the chatroom much longer. The facebook chat style work like a charm btw!!! Just too many to list…. Not only this is a superb chat plugin. Even tho I past my 6 months supports. I contacted the developer Marcin for few advise and surely got an email support within 24 hours! You Rock Wise-Chat!!! Thank you so very much for you wonderful chat 🙂 P.S. I am very interesting on the version 3.5.5 Video Call feature! Please keep up the good work! Rock N Roll!!! This topic was modified 2 years, 6 months ago by junglejim620.

It’s a good plugin but I’m missing something important. An option to only allow pictures and files in group chats. I hope it comes! regards ak14985 This topic was modified 3 years, 7 months ago by ak14985. This topic was modified 3 years, 7 months ago by ak14985. Something has been done to the chat this summer and it became much worse. It simply stopped working. It seemed to be a really great product. I was going to buy the Pro version but now I have to delete it completely.
