How it's measured →4.9%
of downloads still active
At least 10K of 202.4K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Login & Users plugin keeps 0.7%, across 1,477 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Login & Users plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 2 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Your five tags are all earning their place. Each gets you onto page 1 of its own search, so none is worth giving up. “wordpress logo change”, “wordpress login” and “wp admin logo” (#4, #7 and #8 untagged) would be the next worth testing if a slot frees up.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Lots of additional features that this plugin comes with that you would never even think of. I love the fade-in form feature that this plugin comes with and the ability to display a custom message on the WordPress form.

Dynamic image URL will be nice 😉 Instead of http://example.com/wp-content/themes/my-theme/assets/img/logo.png maybe something like [site_url]/wp-content/themes/my-theme/assets/img/logo.png will be better. We can have the image inside the theme, for example, and when you upload the website to production host you need the image path updated.
