   We recently encountered a conflict between My Sticky Elements and Fluent Forms Pro, where enabling this plugin caused phone validation to fail across all regions and formats. After verifying the issue with the Fluent Forms team, we reached out to Premio support through the official live chat. Although we’re using the free version, the support team was exceptionally responsive. They thoroughly investigated the issue using our provided staging site, coordinated with their developer, and delivered a hotfix version that solved the problem. The team also confirmed that the fix will be included in a future public update. Thanks to their help, we were able to continue using the plugin without switching to a different solution, saving time and cost for our client. Really appreciate their work and clear communication — this kind of active maintenance is what makes using well-supported plugins on production websites worthwhile.
