Install conversion
How it's measured →0.1%
of downloads still active
At least 50 of 86.7K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.8%, across 630 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
High removal-risk signals
63/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 10+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 4.3.34, well behind 6.8.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

After download and install you need to setup an account with them on their site. No problem. After filling out multiple pages I got some OOOPs error. Worthless script if you can’t create an account to run it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This plug in requires you to add an account on their site. No problem. But when you get through a few pages of info and then their site says OOPS, that means their join page has issues. Wasted 15 minutes installing and trying to join, it was quickly deleted. WASTE OF TIME

Got great support on the live chat plugin today. Wanted to make my chat window pro-active, so it opens after 5 seconds. They provided me a piece of code to make it work. Here is the code: setTimeout(function() { window.CASENGO.closeInlineStatus(); window.CASENGO.hideChatBadge(); window.CASENGO.openVIPWindow(window.CASENGO.savedURL); window.CASENGO.showInlineChat(); window.CASENGO.forceInBox(); }, 5000); Txs for the support!!
