   This is a great plug-in that is growing and improving quickly. The customer support is awesome, and they will help address any needs you have and will create customized pop-up boxes for you. For example, they modified one of their boxes so that it would capture the exact information I want in the way I was hoping. In addition, the team there is looking into several different plug-ins and integrations that would improve our user experience. Thank you, team!    BAIT & SWITCH. Everything points to it being free UNTIL you go to actually use it (after having spent time to set it up) at which point they require credit card. BAD FORM, BAD TREATMENT, BAD EXPERIENCE, WASTED MY FRICKING TIME. bad.
