Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
Occasionally updatedHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin · 99% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “40K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay. The range spans more than 10x because wp.org publishes install counts as broad bands, and conversion and price compound on top. Read the midpoint as an order of magnitude, not a valuation.
How we estimate this
Assumptions
- Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
- Annual price per customer. $49–$149 a year, typical for Content & Feeds plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
- Acquisition multiple. 1.5x–2.5x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, compressed because the install trend is declining.
- Install base. 40K–50K active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

A very simple, but extremely functional and working application. Thank you very much, I quickly solved the problems of synchronizing two inconsistent databases. Everything is very convenient.

I was having trouble with a custom function on my export, and they took care of it in short order and fixed it.

I simply wanted to export posts with their media and import to a new site. There is no default setting to get everything you need for posts like author, categories, tags, etc. so you have to manually add all of that stuff. The UI for that is terrible. I finally get to the point of importing after getting through all of those extremely confusing settings. I chose to have it run in the background. I’m monitoring posts and media pages to see what’s happening. It begins adding triples, quadruples, etc. of posts and media. It placed over 4,000 images in my media folders. I quickly hit stop before it went further, and that didn’t work. I deactivated and uninstalled the plugin. It continued running whatever background script runs even after the plugin was deactivated and removed somehow. WHY is it SO hard to just find a plugin to simply move your posts and everything that comes with them to a new server?!?!

I needed this plugin to do one thing and one thing only – export post information based on post status. I’m going to be importing the data to Asana so I can keep track of what’s important and what’s not. I saw that some reviewers thought the process was confusing – I disagree; the export process was quite simple with a variety of fields to filter and fields to export. Kudos to the developers – this is a great plugin.
